As a personal trainer, I get to see how having to get rid of weight from your thighs and lower body area can be a pain in the neck. This is even more so if you have cellulite. At times you might think it is an impossible task to accomplish, but let me tell, it is not. All that is required to lose weight from your thighs is discipline. Here I am going to give you a couple of exercises that will help you lots.

1. Do Some Dumbells Lunges This is a Multi-Muscle Exercise. This one in particular works your buttocks, inner and outer thighs, hamstrings and quads. Just hold a dumbbell in each one of your hands pulling your shoulders back. Lift up your chest looking straight. Then position your right leg forward in a long stride. Make sure your foot is far enough in front of you so when you bend your right knee, your thigh and lower leg form a right angle. Once you've done that, bend your knee slowly lowering your hips so your knee clears the floor. Stay still for a second or two and then straighten your legs. After that raise your body back up. Complete a set and then change legs.

2. Take Advantage of Leg Press Another great exercise. Sit on a leg press machine, position your feet together against the footrest about a shoulder apart. Then bend your knees without locking them and slowly bring them towards your body. Do not let the weights touch the others you are not lifting. Maintain the amount of weight you are lifting suspended in the air about a finger apart from the others for about 2 seconds. Then gently lift the weights to the initial position. Complete a set.

3. Enjoy Ski Squats Place your feet shoulder width apart, about two feet out from the wall and lean your back against the wall. Bend your knees to a half squat position. This is position one. After 10seconds, lower down to position two, about two inches lower. After another 10seconds, lower another two inches down to position three. This equals one rep.

These are great exercises that will help you lose weight from your thighs. Follow them and you will be toning your thighs in a blink of an eye.
