Stay away from white-flour breads and other products and replace with whole-wheat cereals, breads, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and beans.

#3. Increase your exercise and activity level. This is a given and the part that many people like to skip. Well, the good news is that it can be fun. You probably already know that muscle burns more calories than fat. Working out, and toning up will increase your muscle density, and burn that stubborn belly fat.
