Here is my list of top 10 superfoods for weight loss that are all beneficial to your general well being as well. Implement these foods into your diet, cut out junk and fast foods and watch a tremendous change in your body.

Most of these foods will help cleanse the colon and promote regularity in your body. You should be going to the washroom at least twice a day. If you aren't, your body is most likely constipated and old may have old fecal matter impacted in your body.
